Construction on the two-story, eight classroom addition is well underway and planned occupancy for Redmond Middle School (RMS) staff and students is on schedule to open Fall 2024.

More than 200 Lake Washington School District students performed in this year’s Middle School Honor Concert. This is an annual showcase of the district’s best band, chorale, and orchestra middle school students.

As part of the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy, Finn Hill Middle School, Kirkland Middle School, and Redmond Middle School are all adding eight more classrooms starting in the fall of 2024.

Redmond Middle School eighth grader Advait Badrish is on his way to Washington D.C. as a finalist in the 2023 Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge.
