Two elected school board members take oath of office

Dr. Traci Pierce, Superintendent, swore in two elected school board members on Dec. 4. Mark Stuart is starting his second term. Cassandra Sage is beginning her first term, replacing retired board member Nancy Bernard.

EHS sophomore has been named a 2018 YoungArts Finalist in dance and is eligible to attend YoungArts Week in Miami in January. JHS senior was recognized with a YoungArts Merit Award in Visual Arts and is eligible to participate in a regional YoungArts event.

Registration

Student registration is available during the summer at the district’s Resource Center from July 10 until August 16. For the month of July, registration is open M/W/F from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., and T/TH from 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Beginning August 1, hours will be expanded to 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until August 16.
Beginning August 17 Redmond Middle School will be open for appointments to register a student. Please either call (425) 936-2440 option #3 or email our Counseling Office Secretary Susan Johnson for an appointment.


Information on registering a new student at Redmond Middle School. Please bring the following documents when registering your student:

  • Current immunization records
  • Birth Certificate/passport
  • Proof of residence – drivers’ license, utility bill or rental agreement
  • Previous school name, address, phone and fax number
  • Any special education records (i.e. IEP or 504)

A completed "New Student Registration Packet" (available below), that includes:

  • Student Residency Questionnaire
  • Immunization Form
  • Home Language Survey
  • Records Request
  • LWSD – Nurse Alert Form
  • Emergency Notification Form
